Honorees are selected by editors at the magazine based on their influence within the industry and executive achievements.
Smith was also named a Rising Star in CRN's Women in the Channel feature in 2007, as well as being named Channel Chief multiple times by the publication. In her position, she has initiated and managed key programs for empowering ISVs through business model consultation and other enablement efforts.
